Bill at Akaka Falls
We both love waterfalls. They have such beauty and power.
The last time we visited Akaka Falls it was a narrow ribbon of water.
But on this visit it was going strong after heavy rains.

Rather than upload some videos of the two falls, I decided to make gifs. This gif gives a sense of the huge amount of water going over the falls on this day.

It's a tradition of mine since the 1970s to take a photo like this at Rainbow Falls.

This giant banyan tree is just up the hill from Rainbow Falls.
